A prestigious international design company with offices in Asia, Australia, UK and the Middle East have an immediate vacancy for a talented Senior Interior Architect to join their design team in Bahrain. The successful applicant will have strong hospitality and or commercial design experience. Bahrain is a beautiful island in the Persian Gulf within close proximity to bustling Dubai.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture
- Previous experience in an architectural or design consultancy
- 10 years plus post graduate experience dealing with interior design and architecture to the highest standards, including exposure to high end hospitality and commercial design
- Capable of managing projects from client interview briefing analysis, concept design, design development
- Be familiar with preparing cost plans and budget estimates to ensure commercial liability of design proposals.
- Experienced in design implementation, site inspection and appreciation of project planning and scheduling.
- Be an energetic, pro-active and enthusiastic individual.
- Computer literate with AutoCAD and other design packages
