I am representing the search from a global architectural consultancy is looking for a Senior Concept Design Architect to work in Oman. Oman is a beautiful island in the Arabian Peninsula, bordering the United Arab Emirates. This position requires someone with a minimum of 10 years post graduate professional experience, who has previously been working for a well respected consultancy.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture with at least 10 years post graduate professional experience
- Recent experience working with high rise and or large scale projects
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
- A proven history of presenting to clients and writing reports
Responsibilities
- Concept design, schematic design and compiling clients brief
- Reporting to head of department on a regular basis to regarding progress, design etc
- Other duties as required
