My client is a major contracting company based in the in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Bahrain. They are currently seeking an experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER to work in Dubai. Ideal candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering, with considerable experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying & planning, with adequate knowledge of techno-commercial legal aspects of the project management. You will need to be well-versed in costing & budgeting, quantity take-offs and resources management. The successful candidate will need to be a team player that will form as part of the core team of the organization. Should have a Substantial track record for the successful completion of highways, bridges & infrastructure projects in the U.A.E. An excellent salary with benefits is available for the right candidate
