Worked with the Construction team to ensure all standards and facilities were implemented on start up of constructing the camps. Responsible for 13,000 workers housed at Yas Island and ensuring our sub-contract company which provides catering & housekeeping keep to our agreed contract scope, also responsible for start up of further 2 x5000 man camps to be ready for our end user. Additionally implemented input on our start up off a 42,000 workers community which we are constructing covering CPU, dining halls, accommodation, recreation, laundry. Welfare and retail units.

Camp Operations Resident Manager.
Seconded directly with Chiyoda/ Technip JV in Ras Laffan City Qatar.
Main responsibility is to oversee the operation of an 18,000 Multi-National Camp.
Covering all camp internal utilities by two sub-contractors including full housekeeping, recreation areas inside and outside, catering operation, clinic, and isolation wards also covering the main utilities which include the potable water system, fire water system, sanitary system and street lighting. Responsible for company’s accommodation requirements for own staff, Sub-contracting removal of grey/black water and waste disposal. Responsible for all company’s assets.
